The Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board (HPKVIB) is committed to promoting livelihoods and preserving the rich heritage of Khadi and traditional industries across our hill state. Guided by the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi, we support artisans, small entrepreneurs and rural communities through training, financing and market access.
Our mission is to empower village industries by facilitating skill development, enhancing local entrepreneurship and promoting eco-friendly practices that generate income and dignity.
We support traditional and rural industries with financial assistance, promote Khadi textiles and products through exhibitions and sales; train artisans and entrepreneurs for self sufficiency and encourage innovation while honouring craft and tradition.
